It is anticipated that Westfield Bradford will raise the city’s position to 39th, increasing its total market potential from £883.3 million to £1,123 million (2008 prices) – an uplift of 27%. The scheme will also improve retail expenditure conversion from 37% to 58%.5.
Over 100 retailers will establish Westfield Bradford as a new retail destination for Yorkshire, anchored by Debenhams and Marks & Spencer.
