5. Westfield Kids Club Online Registration
To provide each registrant with this service, Westfield needs to collect personal information about each registrant and his/her child/children and obtain each registrant’s agreement in relation to handling this personal information. If the registrant does not provide the information requested, the child/ children will not be registered as a Westfield Kid. All registrations become the property of Westfield.
By registering their child/children as a Westfield Kid(s), each registrant consents to the information they submit with their registration being entered into a database and Westfield may use this information for future promotional, marketing and publicity purposes without any further reference or payment or other compensation to the registrant. Information sent by Westfield may be addressed to the registrant or the child/children they have registered.
All personal details of the registrants will be stored at the office at Westfield. A request to access, update or correct any information should be directed to that office. Upon the registrant’s request, all information provided will be removed from our active database.
