Our 60-strong Concierge team speak 14 languages between them and have come to us from the world's most prestigious leisure and hotel operations. At the top of their profession, they're highly trained, very experienced and care passionately about delivering excellent customer service standards. From parking your car and carrying your bags, to booking a restaurant and advising on the time of the last train home, they're here to look after your needs and make your day a five star experience.

You'll see them out in the malls and find them at our four Concierge Desks: Two located on the Ground Floor plus one within Valet Parking and another within the Taxi Lounge. In addition to giving general assistance, they all offer the full range of services featured below.
