You don't even have to carry your own shopping at Westfield London. Our Handsfree Shopping service takes the strain while you continue shopping, eating or catching up with friends.

Just come and collect your bags when you're ready, or if you're valet parked, we'll stow them in your boot for you.

To use this unique service, register for a Handsfree Shopping Passport at any of our Concierge Desks when you arrive. Show this passport whenever you make a purchase, and a member of our concierge team will come to collect your bags. At the end of your visit, just collect all your purchases from our secure, centralised checkout.
