Shopmobility Service at Westfield London

 

Don't let limited mobility stop you or a friend from enjoying all that Westfield London has to offer. We make available free wheelchairs or motorized scooters that can help you make the most of our wheelchair-friendly malls and restaurants, as well as free large print Mall Guides to help you find you way around (available from Concierge).

Driving to Westfield London

 

If you are planning on driving to Westfield London, Shopmobility couldn't be easier to find. Simply follow the signage for Shopmobility and Middle Car Park from the Car Park entrance adjacent to the Ariel Way roundabout. The signs will lead you directly to the Shopmobility desk in Lift Lobby 2 where one of our trained concierge staff will assist you.

Blue Badge

Any guest who is a Blue Badge holder will be permitted 4 hours free parking Monday to Friday inclusive.

To qualify for this promotional offer simply present your blue badge and parking ticket to our staff at the Shopmobility desk located within Lift Lobby 2 (Middle Car Park). The parking ticket will then be validated. Any additional parking charge must be made at the nearest parking payment machine. Staff are not permitted or able to accept any payment.

The holder of the Blue Badge must be present so that the staff working in shop mobility can verify the ownership of the card.

Note: Parking tickets can only be validated at our Shopmobility desk & during their normal opening hours. Parking charges outside of these hours will incur the normal parking charge.


Parking Bays

Over 5% of parking bays at Westfield London are dedicated to disabled parking.


Manual wheelchairs & motorised scooter hire

Manual wheelchairs and motorised scooters are available on the day to hire. To hire a mobility vehicle, you will need proof of identification which should be either a valid passport or two of the following: valid driver's licence, valid ID card, credit card, pension card or health care card.

On presentation of these, you'll be asked to fill out a hire agreement form. Once that's done, you're ready to go. The whole process takes less than 30 minutes (including training on how to use the vehicle if it's your first time).

**There is vehicle height restriction of 2150mm in the Shopmobility Car Park area. If your vehicle is over this height, please call +44 (0)20 3371 2300 and one of our trained staff will advise you on alternative parking.
