Calling all ladies & gentlemen over 50 to shape-up, sharpen-up, and shop. Our exciting new programme is starting this week at Age Concern Dudley Merry Hill Activity & Wellbeing Centre.
Leap exercise classes
For all levels of ability from gentle to very active, and alsoTai Chi, Salsa, Dance exercise, Line Dancing, & Belly Dancing. The classes run from Monday –Thursday, and the cost is £16 payable at the start of a four week course.
Computer classes
Held Monday, Wednesday, Friday, and cost £40 for a ten week programme. We cater for all levels of learning from basic beginner to the more experienced, and offer a relaxed atmosphere with excellent Volunteer tutors.
Digital Imaging programme
Thursdaya - at a cost of £45 per 15 week programme.
Holistic Health Therapy
Available Wednesdays for the benefit of our Age Concern clients at a cost of £5 per client.
Wii Sessions
Keep pace with grand-children –join our new Wii sessions-Tuesday -£3 per 10 week programme-impress them with your ability!
After exercising mind or body continue the feel good factor with a shopping trip in the tempting Merry Hill Centre.
