Title: Full Time Manager and Assistant Manager
Reports to: Directors
Location: Eat Central Merry Hill Centre
Working hours: Flexible as centre is open over 7 days
Role Description: Reporting to Directors and working as part of a team. Day to day responsibilities include organising staff rotas, dealing with orders of stock and deliveries. Taking care of a team of approx 5 -10 members at any given time. Role requires excellent interpersonal skills and organisation.
Involves handling of cash, cashing up at the end of each day, dealing with customer queries and staff issues.
The ideal candidate will be required to have 6 months experience in a managerial position; it would also be of benefit to have experience in a food establishment.
We will offer a competitive salary and possible bonus related pay.

Title: Customer Serving Assistant : (Food establishment)

We are seeking various applicants in a new food establishment in the £25million Eat Central project by world renowned retailer Westfield. We have various vacancies full and part time hours with flexible working shifts. We require candidates who have excellent customer service skills, outgoing personalities and able to work in a busy working environment. Those who can work flexible hours and have previous serving experience in a food outlet will be highly welcome, however experience is not essential as on the job training will be provided for those with the potential to learn and able to use own initiative.
Successful candidates will be given the opportunity to gain food hygiene and health and safety qualifications.
Candidates will be required to work as part of a team, taking orders from customers, serving the food and helping at the back of house.
