Waterfront Cars Wins Best Award!

Merry Hill Centres very own Waterfront Cars have been voted winners of Beacon Radio Bostin’ Awards for Most Bostin’ Taxi Firm in the Black Country!

Businesses in the region have been hailed as “bostin” by listeners of Beacon radio station.  Awards in ten categories ranging from restaurants to retail were dished out at a prestigious ceremony hosted by Beacon Radio in Wolverhampton on May 28.

Waterfront Cars , collected first place in sections for “Most Bostin’” taxis, at the finale of the competition.

Beacon Radio invited listeners to vote for a winner in each catagory from a shortlist of three nominated businesses, the competition attracted a total of 7,500 votes.

Darrell Woodman, programme controller at Beacon Radio said: “We’re really proud of the Black Country and we hope we did our region justice with a fantastic awards ceremony to honour the best of the best.

“All the guests had a great time and were proud to have been recognised by the local people across the Black Country.”
