You'll find our main Customer Relations desk centrally located on the upper mall near Beaverbrooks.  Our Customer Relations team can also be found at the Customer Relations desk near Bhs and on the malls ready to help!

Our friendly Customer Relations team are available to assist you with locating stores and services, transport information, lost property or lost children and any other general enquiries you may have.

We love getting your feedback, so while you’re there pick up a customer comments card from the desk.
