This website provides you with access to information about a wide range of offerings and services at Westfield London. The prize winner will be selected at random by Westfield Merry Hill and will receive £4,000 to spend on a Thomas Cook mainstream holiday to Tenerife at any point during Summer 2012. This will include flights from Birmingham airport, accommodation & transfer. The competition is open to all UK residents aged 18 years and over except Westfield Merry Hill and Thomas Cook Group Plc (together, the “Promoters”) employees or agents (and their immediate families) and anyone professionally connected with this competition. To enter, insert your details on the form and hand to Westfield Merry Hill Concierge team on the lower mall near River Island, at the Thomas Cook store at 55a Link Mall or at the Going Places Store at Lower 10b in the Merry Hill Centre from 24 December 2011 until 5pm on Sunday 29 January 2012. Only one entry per person is permitted. Late, incomplete, defaced, photocopied, corrupt or illegible entries will be deemed invalid. The winner will be chosen from the entries at random and notified by letter and email (if provided) before Monday 6 February 2012. By entering your email address and/or mobile number you
are agreeing to receive email and/or mobile communications from Westfield Merry Hill. By ticking the opt-in box you are agreeing to receive and email and/or postal communications from Thomas Cook Group Plc.
No purchase necessary. Should the prize winner be unable to accept the prize, Thomas Cook & Westfield Merry Hill reserve the right to draw an alternative prize winner. Prizes are non transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or gift vouchers and are not subject to refund. The Promoters’ decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into. The prize must be booked at the Thomas Cook store at 55a Link Mall within 28 days of winning. Any additional costs, e.g. meals, attraction tickets, lost tickets, insurance etc, will be incurred by the prize winner. The Promoters reserve the right to substitute a similar or alternative prize of equal or greater value at its discretion. If this competition is not capable of being conducted as reasonably anticipated due to any reason beyond the control of the Promoters, the Promoters may, in their sole discretion, to the fullest extent permitted by law, modify, suspend, terminate or cancel the competition.
The Promoters do not accept responsibility for any loss, damage, liabilities, injury or disappointment incurred or suffered by the prize winner as a result of taking the prize. The prize winner and companion must have a valid passport to travel and are responsible for having all necessary visas to travel. Travel insurance is not included and is compulsory to travel. One entry per prize draw per customer. Entry into the prize draw is by completing the survey / questionnaire in the email. No purchase necessary. The prize draw closes on Tuesday 02 May 2012 and closes at 6:00PM.
The prize is a £250 Westfield Gift Card. This prize must be claimed within three months of the draw date. The winners of the prize draw will be chosen at random from
all entries and will be notified by email by 07 May 2012.
The prizes cannot be exchanged for cash or gift vouchers, and no change will be given.
