C&D Centre
Carpenters and Docklands Centre	Westfield funding has been used to purchase children's furniture at the Carpenters and Docklands Centre which provides social, recreational, educational and sporting programmes for local young people. The centre cares for over 65 children a day via breakfast and after-school clubs.	/Download

I really enjoyed the Drop-in Drama workshop last Thursday. It was quite magical, and I felt privileged to be there - and how wonderful that there are so many good people working intelligently, creatively and compassionately in our community.

The Westfield Stratford City community grants scheme was launched in January 2009 to support local grass-roots community projects, throughout our development phase.

Our grant scheme closed in August 2011, but we are proud to have been able to support over 100 projects in Newham, Hackney, Waltham Forest and Tower Hamlets.
