Westfield gift cards are operated by a third party provider – Flex-e gift card.

Alternatively you can contact the customer services team via email at firstname.lastname@example.org or telephone 0844 77 44 277 (all contact details are also on the back of the gift card).
If you have been prevented from using your gift card due to restrictions related to Coronavirus control measures and this has resulted in the gift card expiring, we will be happy to extend this for you for a further 90 days.
If the gift card has expired and is within 90 days of expiry then you can come along to the centre and visit the Guest Services Team who will be able to action this straight away for you.
If the gift card has exceeded the 90 days from expiry you will need to call the customer service number on the back of the card to get this reactivated and extended.
