Current construction sites in the center – we are constantly improving! 🚧

There's a lot happening at Westfield Shopping City South in the coming months! We are investing in sustainable, modern infrastructure and working to make your visit even more comfortable and environmentally friendly. Here is an overview of our current projects:

☀️ PV carport in the parking lot

A new photovoltaic system will be installed in our parking lot by November 14, 2025. It will produce clean solar energy, reduce CO₂ emissions, and save electricity costs at the same time. This is an important step on our path to greater sustainability and energy independence – and toward our goal of becoming CO₂-neutral.

⚡ New EV charging stations

We are expanding our range of electric charging stations: In the future, a total of 100 charging points will be available at various entrances – with charging capacities ranging from 11 to 400 kW. This will allow you to conveniently charge your electric car while you shop.

Planned commissioning dates:

• Entrance 8: from November 5, 2025
• Entrance 5: from November 18, 2025
• Entrance 9: from November 24, 2025
• Entrance 1: end of March 2026

🔄 New revolving doors

We are also bringing a breath of fresh air to the entrance area – or rather, less of it! 😉

Our new revolving doors provide better protection against drafts, noise, and dirt, reduce energy loss, and ensure a more pleasant indoor climate – in summer and winter alike.

Here, we are replacing the sliding doors with revolving doors:

• Entrance 1: until October 31, 2025
• Entrance 10: until November 10, 2025
• Entrances 2 & 9: renovation or replacement from January 2026
