This year, North Fish is focusing on cranberries and crispy winter accents. The menu is expanding with four new dishes and two seasonal sides that will put guests in a truly festive mood.

- Norwegian Salmon Tortilla with Cranberries — a quick holiday option — light, juicy, and perfect for those who like their Christmas… in street-food style.
- Teglogg and Cinnamon Cookie — our absolute bestseller — a warming drink with cinnamon, cardamom, cloves, and orange, inspired by Scandinavia, plus a fragrant cookie with cinnamon and winter spices — the perfect finishing touch to your festive set. A winter version will also be available in the tea menu.
