Barton House of Ice Cream

Barton House of Ice Cream has been in the ice cream business for 50 years now. The first premises were established in 1971 on Zawalna Street. In the following years, our ice cream parlours appeared in many places across Wrocław, and one even made it to… Australia’s Gold Coast.

From the very beginning, we have produced ice cream only from natural products based on fresh milk and cream. Over time, we introduced the production of ice cream for diabetics, fat-free and cholesterol-free ice cream, as well as ice cream for cow’s milk allergy sufferers. We do not use any chemical additives, artificial colours or flavours. Thanks to many years of experience, we have developed our own technology and recipe for sorbets and fruit ice cream made from fresh fruit. But Barton House of Ice Cream is not only about ice cream: we also offer cakes of our own production. Thanks to the quality of our products we were recognised by the Mayor of Wrocław in 2015 and awarded the title of a "Business Icon".
