  1. Head to the Customer Service Point (Floor 0).
  2. From there, the Security team will be notified and will accompany you to your car to resolve the issue.You can also ask for help from the assistant you’ll find in the parking area.

If you can’t find them, just go to the Customer Service Point. We’ll take care of it❤️!
