BING WANG by Bing
The crown jewels of Chinese cuisine
BING WANG by Bing is an authentic Chinese concept where we have chosen to focus on our favorite: Crepes. These dishes are the crown jewels of Chinese cuisine and can vary endlessly. We have gone back to the taste palette of our childhood and built the menu from what was served at the Bing family's home in Tianjin. Flour is the main ingredient and together with fresh ingredients we cook all food from scratch, in the classic Chinese way. This is a unique taste experience that stimulates your taste buds.
By Döner
Real Turkish food
With good ingredients, good side dishes and salads, we serve fresh classic Turkish Döner and thin and tasty lahmacun (Turkish spicy pizza). We are careful when choosing our raw materials and ingredients, fresh crispy vegetables and meat of high and consistent quality. A good Döner requires its bread. We bake our own bread in the stone oven and heat it up on the grill for you. Have you tried lahmacun? It is a Turkish pizza with a spicy minced meat mixture that is served with fresh vegetables and a dollop of yogurt.
Little India
At Little India we want to create a wonderful place to stay around the clock - whether you are on the go or just want to relax for a while. Here we want to treat you like a friend or a family member, as it is important to us to connect the familiar and social aspects of our food culture with the Scandinavian lifestyle. Our inspiration comes from Bengali cuisine and the food we cook is deeply influenced by the food we ate while growing up. It is important to us to work with raw materials of the best quality and to constantly find new exciting flavor combinations.
Mama delicious roasts
Rotisserie at the heart of the kitchen
Mama is a restaurant with a rotisserie at the heart of the kitchen. Rotisserie is a traditional cooking art that brings out the very best in the ingredients. The roasted meat is served with different types of bread, such as levain, brioche buns and wheat tortillas. We use a horizontal rotisserie with multi-spit to achieve maximum effect for our ingredients. We focus mainly on free-range chicken, pork side and prime rib. You could say that we stand with one leg in New York, and the other in East London. However, there is a distinct European feel to Mama and S2s mix of different cuisines that feels perfect for the food we cook and also love to eat.
Mangal BBQ
Barbecue in Turkish
Mangal means grill. At Mangal we serve spicy grilled dishes such as beyti and adana skewers, but also classics such as köfte. We also have a wide range of healthy salads and sauces that are carefully crafted from our own recipes. We have many alternative meats if you choose vegetarian, or chicken.
Nū
Superfood for hedonists
At Nū, we combine the sinful with the healthy in an urban, contemporary dining experience. The philosophy is simple: food should be good, for the soul, health and the planet. All food at Nū is gluten and lactose free, prepared from scratch with respect for animals and nature. We serve our interpretation of famous fast food icons and create a fiction inspired by the food worlds that inspire us. In terms of taste, we move in Japan, Hong Kong and Korea, but also in the worlds between comfort food, fast food and super food. On the menu you will find dishes such as fake noodles, Korean tacos, KFC and Nū black sesame bun-burger.
Paeky
Slow food for fast people
Once upon a time, barely 100 years ago, the world was in the midst of the “Great Depression” – and the idea for Peaky was born from this period. It doesn’t sound entirely cheerful – but what we have taken to heart and been inspired by is people’s need to seek distractions from the seriousness of everyday life – and focus on food, drink, entertainment and social gatherings. We have looked at supper clubs, speakeasys and set our sights on the Cotton Club, one of the most famous nightclubs in New York during the 1920s and 1930s. From here we have picked the gems: to eat well, take a little time for yourself, let yourself be carried away by the entertainment, enjoy a drink, meet friends and maybe even meet new ones.
At Peaky, you shouldn't have to spend a fortune, but you should be able to meet friends over a snack and a glass of wine. The food has taken its inspiration from a time when people appreciated "real food", which is cooked from scratch. The core is found in Swedish food culture, but every now and then we also look over the sea.
Raamen
Japanese noodles in Swedish
Ramen is a traditional form of comfort food in Japan - and in our opinion the ultimate fast food. It is hearty, filling and piping hot food at a reasonable cost. At Raamen we serve our own Stockholm version of this warming and filling noodle soup. It starts with natural ingredients, but above all our own thoughts and ideas on how to interpret this ingenious dish. Ramen is simple, healthy and incredibly delicious! We use fresh noodles made according to our own recipe, high-quality natural ingredients and our 18-hour broths to create really good ramen.
Sen Street Kitchen
Street market in Bangkok or ramen stall in Tokyo
SEN Street Kitchen recreates the authentic smells, tastes and feelings at the lively street markets and street kitchens throughout East Asia. Inspired by Asian street food cuisine, we want to recreate the feeling with good dishes in a lovely environment. Fast, healthy, fresh and good for the soul.
Stekt Burger & Stuff
Smashed artisan burgers
We create artisan burgers with high-quality prime rib and smash the burgers according to our own smash technique. This way you get a lovely crust on the meat, while it is very juicy together with our soft fluffy brioche bread. This is a perfect symbiosis!
Our menu is small and simple, but with some well-thought-out burger variants, side dishes and sauces. All our sauces are made on site, the meat is carefully selected from Swedish farmers and the bread comes fresh
