Click & Services

Click & services can be found on level 0 by the toilet group near the grocery stores. At our Click & services reception, you will receive help from our knowledgeable staff to find your way around Westfield Mall of Scandinavia.

Here we sell Westfield Mall of Scandinavia gift cards, bags, caps and our own honey. Here you also have the opportunity to hang your jacket and bag in our cloakroom, borrow a stroller and wheelchair. You can also pick up an information bracelet that you write your contact details on and put around your child's wrist.

Click & services is an agent for Postnord, which means that you can send letters and pick up and drop off your packages here. You can also print documents (max. 5 pages/person), your shipping label and photos with us.

Lost and found items: Lost and found items in the mall are collected for us at Click & services, so you have the opportunity to pick up lost items.
