Q&A

  1. Scan the QR code on the back of the card with your phone’s camera — your current balance and expiration date will be displayed

  2. Check your balance online here

  3. Ask at the shopping centre reception — our staff will be happy to assist.

It depends on how the card was purchased:

  • Digital gift cards (received via email or SMS) must be activated at our reception using your verification code within three (3) months* and are valid for 12 months from the date the card is collected
    *If not activated within this period, the funds will be forfeited.

  • Physical gift cards purchased on-site at the reception are activated by our staff — no further action is needed. The gift card is valid for 12 months from the purchase date.

Your gift card is accepted at most stores, restaurants, and entertainment venues in the centre.

  • Gift cards are available for purchase at the reception.

  • The gift card is valid for 12 months from the date of purchase.

  • It is not an open purchase and cannot be exchanged for cash.

  • The gift card is only valid in the shopping center where it was purchased.

  • Gift cards purchased online must be picked up within three (3) months with a verification code.

  • Damaged, expired or lost gift cards will not be replaced.

  • When purchasing with gift cards, the respective store's own terms and conditions apply. For questions about open purchases or exchange rights, please contact the store directly.

  • It is not technically possible to return money to the gift card upon return.

  • Check the list of affiliated stores before your visit, as it is updated continuously.

  • When purchasing more than 20 gift cards or for other questions, please contact the reception.
