Pink Pearl Mille Crêpes

(October 1 - October 31) Layers of delicate pink crêpes are filled with silky cream cheese cream, crowned with buttery strawberry streusel, and finished with glistening strawberry pearls. In support of breast cancer research, 5% of October proceeds from the Pink Pearl Mille Crêpes will be donated to Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center.

Taro Mochi Cream Cake - (October 1 - October 31) Our delicate Taro Mochi

Cream Cake is made with premium Taiwanese taro. Layers of fragrant taro-infused pastry cream are nestled between airy taro sponge and soft vanilla mochi. Finished with lilac whipped cream, edible blue cornflower petals, and glistening water-like droplets.

Gâteau aux Marrons 

(Returning Favorite! October 1 - October 31) Two layers of delicate almond sponge cake hug a soft whipped cream center. A crosshatch piping of chestnut-infused cream, rich and flavorful, graces the entire surface of the cake. For an elegant finish, the cake is topped with toasted walnuts and confectioner's sugar.
