Learn how to make beautiful spongy focaccia that you can take home with you. You’ll knead the dough, prove it and then add their own delicious toppings, before watching it bake in the oven. 

Pasta Master, Wednesday 15 August, 11am-12:30pm

Learn all about fresh pasta and how to make it and have fun creating all sort of different pasta shapes. Enjoy your creation at the end of the lesson with a delicious, fresh sauce. 

Unbeatable Filled Pasta, Wednesday 15 August, 2-3:30pm 

Discover the secret of making great pasta dough and how to make an amazing filling to go with it. You’ll then learn how to make two or three stuffed pasta shapes along with a simple sauce.

Pizza For Pros, Monday 20 August, 10:30am-12:00pm

Get your mitts dirty making pizza dough from scratch that you'll then roll out and top with some delicious, fresh ingredients. Your pizza will then be popped in the oven for you to enjoy at the end of the lesson.

Good-For-You Meatballs, Monday 20 August, 2-3:30pm

Get stuck in smashing up ingredients in the pestle and mortar and squishing beef meatballs into little patties that we’ll cook in a lovely sun-dried tomato sauce and serve up alongside a bright and healthy couscous.
