Appetizer: Asparagus spear & sunblush tomato with carrot ribbon and a London Dry gin

Starter: Confit sweet potato, avocado & olive puree and jalapeno peppers with a Lemon Drizzle gin

First Course: Spiced chickpea & saffron cauliflower pate, soya yogurt & cucumber dip with an Orange & Cacao gin

Second Course: Roasted pepper, carrot lentil & courgette terrine with a London Cup

Palate Cleanser: Vodka sorbet 

Dessert: Chocolate & raspberry mousse cake paired with Sloe gin
