Think you've got what it takes to be the next best food entrepreneur? Fancy opening your very own pop-up restaurant or eatery right here at Westfield London?
We've partnered with Tapas Revolution's chef and founder Omar Allibhoy to launch a nationwide competition searching for the next best food entrepreneur.
The winner will receive their own space in the newly-opened expansion of Westfield London*, where 90 new shops, cafes, restaurants and entertainment destinations will open across the course of the year. The winner will also receive 20 hours of mentoring from Omar Allibhoy and the Tapas Revolution team.
The shortlisted budding food entrepreneurs will present and cook in front of an expert panel for the chance to win a residency at the Westfield Pop-Up Kitchen. Joining Omar on the judging panel will be Bloomberg's Chief Food Critic, Richard Vines, London Evening Standard's Consumer Business Editor, Jonathan Prynn and Founder of School of Wok, Jeremy Pang.
*For a minimum of two weeks.
Application deadline is 31 May
