Don't let limited mobility stop you from enjoying Westfield London. Over 5% of parking bays are dedicated to disabled parking and Blue Badge holders get four hours' free parking*. FREE WHEELCHAIR & SCOOTER HIRE

Manual wheelchairs and motorised scooters are available on the day to hire. To rent a mobility vehicle, you will need proof of identification, which should be either a valid passport or two of the following: valid driver's licence, valid ID card, credit card, pension card or health care card.

You'll also be asked to fill out a hire agreement form and leave a refundable £10 deposit. Once that's done, you're ready to go. The whole process takes less than 15 minutes (including training on how to use the vehicle if it's your first time). For full T&Cs please click here

ACCESSIBLE TOILETS 

Accessible bathrooms require a RADAR key. Customers will need to bring their own RADAR key to access the disabled bathrooms within Westfield London. Should a RADAR key be required Westfield recommend they contact their local authority who will be able to advise on the nearest supplier.

A changing place for disabled customers can be located next to the Shopmobility area in Lift Lobby 2, Level -2.  

ARRIVING BY CAR

If you're arriving at Westfield London by car, follow the signs for Shopmobility and Middle Car Park from the Car Park entrance adjacent to the Ariel Way roundabout.

There is a vehicle height restriction of 2150mm in the Shopmobility Car Park area. If your vehicle is over this height, please call and one of our trained staff will advise you on alternative parking.

BLUE BADGE & DISABLED PARKING

We offer Blue Badge holders four hours' free parking Monday to Friday inclusive at our centre in Shepherd's Bush. 

To qualify for this promotional offer, simply present your Blue Badge and parking ticket to our staff on the Central Desk located within the Atrium or at the Shopmobility desk located within Lift Lobby 2 (Middle Car Park). The parking ticket will then be validated, but Blue Badge holders must be present and any additional parking charges will have to be paid at the nearest parking payment machine.

Please note: During the reduced operating of Westfield London due to COVID-19; simply present your blue badge on exit.

To ensure your ticket will be validated, we ask customers to present a photo of both sides of your Blue Badge. Blue Badge holders must be present at the time of validation. Parking tickets can only be validated during normal opening hours. Parking charges outside of these hours will incur the normal parking charge.

QUIET HOUR

Every Saturday between 10am and 11am the mall music is turned off to support shoppers with autism and dementia.
