Getting Here Information
TUBE
The Central line runs to the north east to Epping and to the west to Ealing Broadway and West Ruislip, via Stratford station and Central London. The Jubilee line runs between Stanmore in north London and Stratford station, via Central London and Docklands. The Elizabeth Line runs from Paddington, through central London to our front door, and on to Abbey Wood.
DLR
There are DLR stations at Stratford station and Stratford International station.
To the east, the DLR serves Stratford, Beckton and Woolwich Arsenal. To the south, the DLR serves Docklands, Greenwich and Lewisham.
OVERGROUND
London Overground services operate on the North London Line to and from Stratford station. Direct services run between Stratford and Richmond and Stratford and Clapham Junction.

Buses serve Stratford City bus station (in Montfichet Road, adjacent to Westfield), Stratford bus station (over the Town Centre Link Bridge) and Stratford International station (adjacent to Westfield at Waitrose end).

Westfield Stratford City is served by TfL Rail, National Rail services and high speed trains. Visit National Rail to plan your journey via the rail network

BICYCLE
As part of Westfield Stratford City's commitment to creating a safer environment during the ongoing Covid-19 pandemic, an additional 300 cycle racks have been installed. There are over 700 secure bicycle parking spaces at Westfield Stratford City, which can be found in the following locations:
• Car Park A, Level P1 – access via pedestrian/cyclist entrance on International Way or via Roundhouse Lane and International Square
• International Square (near Stratford International Station)
• Westfield Avenue
• Montfichet Road
•On The Street between Aspers & Four Dials
• Meridian Steps (other side of the link bridge, Stratford town centre)

Please note bicycles cannot be taken in the lifts located in and around the centre. Bicycle parking is for one day only. Any abandoned bicycles will be removed.
SANTANDER CYCLES
Docking stations for Santander Cycles are located in and around the Queen Elizabeth Olympic Park. Our nearest docking stations are located in Montfichet Road, opposite the entrance to Car Park B. Santander Cycles is London’s self-service cycle hire scheme and more information is available on Transport for London’s website.

COACH
Public coach operators serve Stratford, stopping at Stratford City bus station, Montfichet Road. Origins and destinations include Victoria coach station, Stansted Airport, Colchester, Norwich and Thetford.

Please note Westfield Stratford City is inside the newly expanded Ultra Low Emission Zone (ULEZ). Please visit the Transport for London website to check your vehicle’s status and whether or not you are required to pay to enter the zone.
Westfield Stratford City has over 5,000 parking spaces across three car parks. You can exit all Car Parks 24/7 however only Car Parks A & B are open 24/7 for entry and exit.

The Mini Cab Lounge is located outside Waitrose on the Lower Ground Floor near Car Park A.
Black cabs are available from the taxi rank in Montfichet Road, outside the Northern Ticket Hall at Stratford station (near Starbucks and M&S Food Hall on the Lower Ground Floor). There is also a taxi rank on Westfield Avenue near Chestnut Plaza.
