The card can be purchased at the reception desk in the central dome using a card payment. The card can be loaded with an amount between €10 and €150 and is valid from the date of purchase until the end of the third calendar year. You can check your available balance online at any time.

Surprise your loved ones without any hassle: the Westfield gift card can also be ordered from the comfort of your own home in our new online shop. Please note, however, that delivery can take up to 10 working days! To ensure that your gift cards arrive in time for the festive season, we will accept the LAST ONLINE ORDERS ON 10 DECEMBER 2025.

Are you looking for a Christmas gift for your employees or a small token of appreciation for loyal customers? In this case, too, a Westfield gift card is the perfect present. We are also happy to accept corporate orders after prior registration in our online shop. After placing their order, companies will receive an invoice via the ‘prepayment’ payment method, which can be settled. Company orders using this payment method can only be placed with shipping and cannot be picked up on site. The deadline for company orders is also 10 December 2025.

The Westfield gift card can be topped up once and can be loaded with any amount from €10 up to €150. When paying with the Westfield voucher card, it is important that you are aware of your available credit. Simply enter ‘1111’ when you are asked for the code.
The Westfield voucher card is valid until the end of the 3rd calendar year.
So that you always know how much credit you still have available on your Westfield voucher card after a purchase, we offer several uncomplicated ways of checking:
Via QR code on the back of your voucher card: simply scan the QR code with your mobile phone camera - no additional app or similar needs to be installed - and you will always be shown the current balance.
via the online enquiry
At the reception desk in Westfield Centro: our staff will be happy to help you. To combine the remaining credit on several cards onto one card, please also contact the reception staff. If you have any questions, you can also call us on +49 (0) 208 / 828-2055.
You can download the new and latest version of the General Terms and Conditions on which the contractual relationship between the card purchaser or cardholder and PayLife is based.
